The room was luxury and had a personal safe, an air conditioning and an iron as pictured in advertising. The beds were big as were the pillows.

When we checked in, junior suite for coffee pods for coffee machine was ready. We really enjoyed the comfortable decor. The property was in the centre of the city. There was a great restaurant relatively close...

I had a great time visiting nearby highlights like the Statue of Alfred the Great and the Guildhall, making my city strolls really nice, and although my room felt a bit warm, the staff was super accommodating, helping me switch to a more comfortable one.

Had a blast with friends! The hotel was so cozy and well-located. We visited the fine cathedral, and the local shops were a fun stroll away. Breakfast was delicious-make sure to try it! Just a heads up, parking...

I had the most good stay! The lovely courtyard was perfectly illuminated at night, just begging for a glass of wine. Plus, our Classic Double Room was filled with thoughtful little touches like Ferrero Rocher chocolates!...  

We had a lovely experience, especially enjoying the magical courtyard dining and the gorgeous breakfast with a wide range of options. The complimentary upgrade to the suite was a fantastic surprise! Definitely worth a revisit.

I had a wonderful stay, the breakfast options like avocado on sourdough were amazing, and my grandson loved his eggs benedict. Relaxing in the beautiful gardens was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. Just a heads up, the floors were a bit creaky at night, but that didn't take away from our overall great time! 🌼

The room was spacious and well-furnished, offering a lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet included a good selection of freshly cooked eggs. Some dinner options required additional payment, and the room's amenities, though clean, could have offered more variety. Given its charming ambiance and convenient location, it's a good spot for a quiet getaway.

It was just a proper fit for a city holiday in Winchester with good price-quality ratio. The crème brulee I had was very good. Make sure to ask for the wine list right away to avoid delays.

The staff served us well, especially Charlie who was friendly. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, making sleep difficult.
